IMPORTANT TIPS FOR HEALTHY LIFE

1- Always sleep minimum 8 hours

2- Don’t skip meal take it on time 

3-Chewing food slowly

4- Always take food in limits

5- Drink plenty of water

6- Do some exercise like yoga, walking, jumping,

7- Do not seat more on chair

8- Try to do some work don’t take rest

9- Always think positive

10- Take fruits between two meals 

11- take more liquid
