Must walk in the morning or do some exercise for healthy body. Take enough sleep daily (min 8 hours)   

Don’t seat on chair mostly just do work out, avoid air-conditioning during work hours, stay normal temperature to keep habit for your body. Timely take breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don’t skip the meal and drink plenty of water during the day

Avoid drinking water before 30 min of meal and after 30 minutes of meal

After dinner stay for 30 min for stable food in stomach then start walking for 20-30 min Fixed the time daily for sleeping and get up early
